  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods (like pet food, treats), grooming products, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, please share photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Exchange is subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
